Thanks for checking out Eastwynd Apartments. We are a professionally managed, HUD-assisted senior apartment community on Wheaton Way in Bremerton, WA. Eastwynd is close to Sheridan Park and the Sheridan Park Community Center, and about a mile from the Sylvan Way Library and the Manette Bridge into downtown Bremerton.

All 64 apartment homes are one-bedroom, one-bath units. Rent is income-based through a HUD Section 8 program, and age, income and other eligibility requirements apply.

Our community features on-site laundry facilities and an emergency line for maintenance issues. Cats and dogs may be allowed with approval, so please ask about the pet policy. Call the office to ask about availability and eligibility.
